What this role is about
This is not a social media job. This is not just a video editing job.
This is a personal brand and cultural execution role.
You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and CDO to:
Document real work — thinking, decisions, and building in motion
Build founder-led content ecosystems
Shape tone of voice across platforms
Execute platform-native content
Translate philosophy into digital presence

What you'll work on
Founder Documentation
Be present during key moments — strategy sessions, client calls, internal debates. Identify what's content-worthy in real time. Capture both the visual and the context. Convert raw moments into short-form content, thought-led clips, and narrative-driven pieces. Build and maintain a structured content bank organised by founder, theme, and usability.
Documentation is not passive. It is the raw material of identity.
Founder Personal Brand Systems
CEO — Authority & Narrative: Convert conversations into structured LinkedIn content. Build authority through clarity, perspective, and thinking.
COO — Philosophy & Systems: Translate thinking into Instagram reels, short-form, and X presence. Shape content around clarity, systems, and human behaviour.
CDO — Visual Thinking & Process: Document creative process in real time. Convert into visual storytelling and design philosophy content.
Across all founders: extract ideas, turn raw thoughts into structured content, decide platform, format, and tone.
PROWESS Brand Content
Shoot and edit content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Maintain visual and tonal consistency. Develop repeatable formats and content series. Translate brand philosophy into content.
What we say, how we say it, and how it looks — must all align.
Cultural Intelligence & Research
Study creators, brands, and cultural movements. Break down why something works, where, and for whom. Track platform shifts and AI tools. Maintain a living reference system of ideas and formats.
We do not want trend followers. We want pattern recognisers.
What we're looking for
We care deeply about taste and intent.
You should have:
Confidence shooting and editing video content
Working knowledge of Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent
Cultural awareness beyond surface-level trends
The ability to move from idea → capture → edit → publish without friction
Curiosity about marketing, philosophy, and how identity is built
An understanding of how algorithms work and performance data
Familiarity with performance marketing— what amplifies content and why
The ability to identify, analyse, and act on trends — not just notice them
Bonus: experience creating content for yourself and for other people or brands
